Bring your ID and the card you paid with. Your currency is counted and ready at the counter.
At the counter
What to bring when you collect
Three things, and your order is handed over in a couple of minutes.
- The card you paid with
- We may need to authenticate the card for security.
- Your email confirmation
- Printed, or shown straight from your phone.
- One valid form of ID
- Passport, UK or EU photo driving licence (full or provisional), or a National Identity Card.

We cannot accept photographs of ID, photocopies, screenshots or expired documents. ID details may be securely recorded in line with anti-fraud law.
