How to order travel money
Reserve your currency online in about a minute, or call and we will build the order with you. Either way you pay and collect at the counter in Westfield Stratford.
The order
Three steps from rate to notes in hand
Reserving is free and does not need a card. The rate you hold is the online rate on the day you reserve.

Choose your currencies and amounts
Open the rates page, add every currency you need to the basket, and enter your name, email and phone number so we can confirm the order.

Pick a collection date and confirm
Choose the store and the day you want to collect, then confirm. No card is needed at this point — confirming is what holds the rate. We email you an order reference.

Pay and collect at the counter
Come to the store on your collection day with photo ID and your order reference. We count the currency out with you, you pay, and you take a receipt.
Two ways to start
Order online, or over the phone
- Online
- Available at any hour, from a phone or a laptop. You see the rate before you commit and the basket totals as you add currencies.
- By phone
- Tell us the currencies and amounts and we will set the order up for you, then read the reference back over the phone.

What to bring
- Order reference
- The reference from your confirmation email. On your phone is fine.
- Photo ID
- A passport, or a full or provisional UK or EU photo driving licence.
- Proof of address
- A utility bill or bank statement from the last 3 months. Larger orders need it before we can hand the currency over.

How to pay
- Cash
- Accepted in full or alongside a card.
- Debit card
- Accepted. No extra charge.
- Credit card
- Accepted. Charges may apply — your card issuer may treat it as a cash advance.
Good to know
Six things worth checking first
These are the questions the counter gets asked most. Reading them takes a minute and saves ten.
- The rate holds for the day
- Orders are collected the same day or the next day, and the quoted rate is only valid for that day.
- Online differs from counter
- The online rate can differ from the rate offered at the counter to a walk-in customer. Reserving online is what locks the online rate.
- Check the opening hours
- Hours vary by store and by day.
- Collection only
- Currency ordered on this website is collected in store. We do not post currency out.
- Notes, not coins
- We deal in notes. We cannot accept coins, and we cannot accept badly damaged notes when you sell currency back.
- Count before you leave
- Count the currency with the cashier and take your receipt before you leave the counter.
